Cheap Spa-ing

Another really excellent deal I've recently taken advantage of, also available via Top Cashback is a 2 night Spring Break to Champneys. Available until March 31st (exc. Saturday night stays), from £180 per person with no single person supplement, and including a facial and massage, it works out at approximately the same price as the mother+daughter break, but you don't have to take your mum! (or daughter) Handy hint if you take this one up - you can often get treatments much cheaper for morning slots by booking the day before on site, rather than paying full price to pre-book. But beware that during busy times there may be no treatment slots available!

To add to my bargain, whilst visiting I bought one of these: shockabsorber swimsuit for £20; reduced from £40. I have never had such a comfortable swimming costume before! I could do aqua aerobics without bouncing all over the place! And it was so comfortable, I did most of my other exercise classes with this under my clothes rather than a separate sports bra. Highly recommended to anyone who needs a bit of support whilst exercising.
