This post never made it to my work server. Which is worrying. But not
as worrying as the content itself. Have I really given that impression
to the members of this nudesgrope? Am I now the Elephant Man of
uk.sport.football, to be forever displayed in a glass case at the
Archive Freak Show, for the edification of the lurking masses?

"Look, throw him a post about the sweeper system, and he'll turn it
into 1,001 uses for a Pot Noodle! Dance! Dance for us, monkey boy!"

I will retreat now into a period of monastic contemplation and
meditation, and carefully consider every facet of my online existence.
I may be some time, and I hope I have your support in this endeavour.

Thank you all for making me see the error of my ways.
