I don't know about that - I think it would make a pretty decent
sideshow.

At the half-time, you put Beckham up on a high stool, and let
the visiting team touch him with a barge pole for five quid a
touch. For a couple of pounds extra, he may even touch them
with his barge pole.

Sounds like a winner to me.
